2-Focus on the Present Only:

It’s amazing how many people don’t live in the moment. Some people are overwhelmed by the past while others daydream about the future. Some people attempt to escape their problems by not living in today.

Enjoy the moment. Don’t dwell on the past. Eliminate any memories from the past. Living in the moment makes you feel happy and alive. The future is never known. While you can make plans for the future and have the ability to live in the present, it is not possible to create those plans. Living in the past does not mean you are emotionally or mentally free. Dreaming is living in the future. Happiness is dependent on the present. Your past does not define your future. Your future is linked to your past. The present is your bridge between the past and the future. Living your life in the present is the best way to live it.

3 – Travel:

At least once per year, travel to remote areas. Explore the world beyond your own backyard. There are many benefits to traveling. Traveling allows you to break out of your daily routine and recharges your mental, physical, and emotional energy. You can also travel to learn new skills, meet new people and experience new cultures.

Travel is about adventure, variety and having fun. Your life needs fun. You also need variety in terms of people, geography, and experiences.
